Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of many adult products, our return policy varies by category to ensure health and safety for all customers.

General Guidelines

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated).
  • Items must be in original, resale-ready condition: unused, unopened (where applicable), with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we sent the wrong product.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus original shipping fees) after we receive and inspect the item (typically within 7–10 business days).
  • Sale/clearance items, personalized/custom products, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns on used or opened intimate products for health and hygiene reasons.

Product Categories and Return Eligibility

  1. Intimate Products (Sex Toys, Vibrators, Dildos, Anal Toys, Lubricants, BDSM Gear, etc.) Due to health and safety concerns, these items cannot be returned or exchanged if used, opened, or if the hygiene seal is broken.
    • Unopened and unused: Returnable within 30 days for a refund or exchange if packaging is intact and unused.
    • Defective or damaged on arrival: Contact us within 30 days with photos/description. We will replace the item (or issue a refund if replacement isn't possible) at no cost to you, including return shipping. Manufacturer warranties often apply beyond 30 days (e.g., 1-year coverage on mechanical defects).
    • No "satisfaction returns" for tried/opened items.
  2. Apparel, Lingerie, Costumes, and Wearable Items
    • Returnable within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, with all tags/labels attached, and in original packaging.
    • Try-on is allowed only over underwear (hygiene seal must remain intact).
    • Defective/damaged items: Full refund or exchange, including return shipping.
  3. Non-Intimate Accessories (Books, DVDs, Games, Storage Bags, Cleaning Supplies, etc.)
    • Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
    • Defective items: Replacement or refund.

Defective or Damaged Items (All Categories) If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us immediately (within 30 days) with order number, photos, and details. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, and cover return shipping. Many products carry manufacturer warranties (typically 1 year for defects in materials/workmanship); we will assist with claims.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact customer service via [email/phone/form] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions (do not ship without this to ensure processing).
  3. Pack securely, include all original items/accessories, and use a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exceptions and Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions (e.g., used intimate items, missing parts, or excessive wear).
  • Health and safety are our top priorities—opened intimate products are not eligible for resale and will be disposed of responsibly if returned in error.
