These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website entrypointstor.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Entry Point ("we," "us," or "our"), a retailer based in Michigan, US. By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Age Restriction – 18+ Only The Services are intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly sell or provide adult products to minors. 3. Products and Orders We are a retailer offering adult products (including intimate items, apparel, accessories, and more) sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may not be exact—colors/sizes can vary slightly.

  • Orders are offers to purchase; we accept them only upon shipment confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders (e.g., due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions).
  • Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. We may change prices without notice (prior orders at old prices honored if processed). All sales are final except as outlined in our Return Policy.

4. Payments Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe). You authorize us to charge your selected method for the order total (including taxes, shipping, fees). All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Return Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers or customs (international orders).

6. Warranties and Manufacturer Responsibility As a retailer, we do not manufacture products and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding product quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any product warranties (e.g., 1-year manufacturer defects) are provided solely by the original manufacturer/supplier. If you experience issues (e.g., defects, malfunctions), contact the manufacturer directly using their warranty process (details often in product packaging or on their site). We can assist by providing order info, facilitating communication, or helping file claims where possible—but we are not responsible for manufacturer warranties, repairs, replacements, or resolutions. Products are sold "as is" except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, products, or these Terms—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. This includes (but is not limited to) product misuse, personal injury, property damage, or data loss.

8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of products, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property The Site, content, logos, and materials are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission except for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by Michigan law (without regard to conflict of laws). Any disputes shall be resolved in Michigan courts. You agree to waive jury trial where permitted.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
